To coincide with the festival of “All Saints”, this contest takes place around November 1st. It is aimed to encourage food tourism and boost the food-industry. All the restaurants and bars that usually cook tapas and pinchos are invited to compete in the contest, by submitting traditional or creative tapas.
There are two different groups of judges: an OFFICIAL JURY and a POPULAR JURY. The first one is made up of professionals in the food, the media and the tourism sector representatives. The second one votes on our website or our social media.
The contest encourages all food establishments to be creative in cooking their tapas. The festival of “All Saints long weekend”, requires all tapas to be named of a saint or deal with the book of saints. DATE 2018: from 31 October to 4 November.
